01 / WORK THAT MAKES HOME EASIER

Winter handled.
Groundwork covered.

Start with the job you need done. Snow and ice are the winter focus, with practical property improvements for the warmer months.

LESS SHOVELING. MORE LIVING.

Make room for the day ahead.

Residential driveway clearing, planned around your property and a manageable neighborhood route. Tell us about the driveway, access and where snow can be placed.

  • Residential driveways and parking areas
  • Snow placement reviewed before the first visit
  • Walkways and entrances quoted separately

02 / CLOSE TO HOME

Des Moines metro.
Neighborhood by
neighborhood.

A compact route means less time hauling equipment and more time clearing driveways. We’re reviewing residential inquiries across the metro and grouping nearby properties where possible.

Your address determines route fit. These are inquiry areas, not a guarantee of coverage.

03 / A PERSONAL APPROACH

Your property.
My name on it.

I’m Dallas Loney, the owner behind Midwest Tuckpointing and Loney Landworks.

I’m building Landworks around useful, manageable work for local homeowners: snow removal and ice control in winter, drainage and small earthwork projects when the ground is ready.

This is intentionally a small, owner-operated business. You speak directly with me about the property, the scope and what comes next.

04 / KEEP IT STRAIGHTFORWARD

From snowy driveway
to a clear plan.

No automatic bookings. No surprise scope. Start with a conversation.

01 /

Send your address.

Share your location, driveway size and what you need cleared or treated. Photos help show access, slopes and snow-storage space.

02 /

Get a property-specific quote.

We’ll review route fit, snow removal, any walkway work and ice treatment. The quote spells out the work and charges.

03 /

Confirm the details.

Service starts only after we agree on availability, snowfall triggers, timing expectations and how additional visits are handled.

WARMER DAYS. DIFFERENT WORK.

Good things start
at ground level.

Yard drainage. Localized grading. Small excavation.
Tell us about that project you’ve been meaning to tackle.

05 / GOOD TO KNOW

Before the
next snowfall.

Are you accepting snow removal requests?

Yes—we’re collecting residential inquiries for winter 2026–27 while the route and equipment arrangements are finalized. A request does not reserve a spot or guarantee service. Dallas will confirm availability directly.

How much does snow removal cost?

Pricing depends on driveway size, layout, slope, access, snow depth and where snow can be placed. Walkway clearing and ice treatment are scoped separately. You’ll receive a property-specific quote before agreeing to service.

Is ice treatment included with plowing?

Only when it is included in your agreed scope. Tell us which paved surfaces need attention so the treatment and price can be discussed. Conditions can change and surfaces may refreeze; treatment does not guarantee an ice-free surface.

Can you clear sidewalks and steps?

Include them in your request. Walkways, steps and narrow areas need separate assessment, and availability is confirmed before they are added to the job.

When will you arrive after it snows?

Snowfall triggers and expected service windows are agreed before booking. Timing depends on the route and storm conditions. We do not promise emergency service or a fixed arrival time through this website.

What happens when I use the request form?

You’ll review your details, then open a prepared email to Dallas’s existing business inbox at dallas@midwesttuckpointing.com. You must send that email to deliver the request. The website itself does not submit or store your form entries.
